The Annual General Meeting is an important occasion -- and a time when members can get together to discuss community issues of general importance and interest, have a very strong influence on what they feel the focus of the Association should be, and how they feel they might want to help move the Association forward.

I recommend that members also consider standing for the Executive Committee, which involves rewarding and vital work for the Association and our area.
