Waltham Forest Council's planning policies are detailed in its Unitary Development Plan and supplementary

guidance documents. What may be built,or developed, is dependent on these. Additional planning controls

apply to Conservation Areas, including the Leytonstone Conservation Area -- which is part of the FORA area.
